North Head Estate, Jurien Bay

Jurien Bay, Jurien Bay, 6516, Western Australia, Wheatbelt
Project status: Coming soon

Positioned on a spectacular headland beside Jurien Bay on Western Australia’s Turquoise Coast, North Head Estate is set to become a world-class residential and tourist estate just two hours drive from Perth.

In 2006 Develop Australia Corporation, Iris Residential’s joint venture with the Prime Group of Companies, acquired 650 hectares of rural zoned land with approximately four kilometres of pristine beach frontage.

The North Head Estate takes up an entire peninsula on the coast one hour’s drive north of Perth’s high-growth northern suburbs, and a few kilometres north of the popular tourism and cray-fishing town of Jurien Bay.

The project site is surrounded by Beekeepers Nature Reserve and Jurien Bay Marine Park, and is an area of environmental and cultural significance with WWII bunkers and other items of historic interest on the site.

Over a long approval process Develop Australia Corp, has been recognised for bringing best planning and design practice to the development of an iconic costal precinct.

With strong local stakeholder support, all planning and environmental approvals have been secured for the development of truly outstanding and sustainable 2,500-lot housing and tourism-based estate, which will set a new benchmark for coastal development.
