Ten days ago its $120 million 142-apartment The Terraces proposal at Claremont on the Park was knocked back after opposition from the Town of Claremont. Yesterday, Iris lodged its appeal. The Metro West Joint Development Assessment Panel yesterday voted three to one in favour of the Parkside Walk plan in Jolimont, subject to conditions.
